Safe Time Virtual Visitation (Zoom)

Sometimes families are separated by distance, family conflict, or legal matters. These persons often see their children or loved ones less than they normally would. With Virtual Visitation, we can bridge the gap in a safe, monitored, yet less restrictive environment. All virtual visits are actively monitored and recorded. Recordings and a summary of the visit are provided to all parties and their legal representatives at no additional fee. Check out our customized Step-up Plan!

Virtual step-up plans are child-centered and meant to allow for a gradual transition that supports a child's well-being. Plans can be customized to meet the demands of busy families and children's school schedules. See Safe Time's example plan. 

Virtual Visitation works just like regular visitation. 

• The supervised visitation provider sends a zoom link to all parties. 
• All parties enter the recorded holding room at the designated time, from the comfort of their home. You can do this with your phone camera and audio or a laptop. 
• Once all parties virtually arrive, and the provider has met and spoke to everyone, parties are brought together into the same face time room. 
• The parties only see each other and not the provider unless an intervention is needed. 
• Through Virtual Visitation, you can play games, do crafts, talk, listen to music, etc. 
• Meanwhile, the Supervisor can listen, watch, report, and intervene as needed. 
• Once the visit ends, the provider debriefs the client (if needed) and writes a summary of the occurrences. 
• A summary report and the link to the recording are sent to all parties and their legal representatives.
